I am Cecibel Terezakis:mother of three children. I have many things to be thankful: healthy children, a good husband, a home, food on the table, clothes to wear every day; wonderful relatives and friends. Things that sometimes I take for granted.

As a woman who had seven lumps removed from my breasts over the years, I have some idea of what it means facing the possibility of having breast cancer! So far, I have been very fortunate, however, I want to help the women who havent' been as fortunate as I have.

For these reasons, me and six friends -all women- wish to join together with other women in participating in the Avon 3-day walk, in New York.

Hopefully with the money we raise from this event, we can fund research to learn the environmental causes of breast cancer, as well as to improve treatment options for women who are fighting this disease.

It is required from all the participants, to raise a minimun of $1900, so I really need your help. With your sponsorship I will be able to reach that goal, while training to be part of such an important event!
